Waru Bliss Retreat is designed by Sheela and April to offer an indulgent getaway for personal growth, fun pampering, and cozy networking at the private luxurious haven of Villa Waru.  www.villawaru.com

Through personalised Integral Coaching, April will help you to define and work towards your life goals on the conscious rational level, while Sheela will facilitate your empowerment from the subconscious level through group Inner Journeys, allowing for a holistic approach in the rejuvenation of the body, mind and soul.

 

Come join our close-knit community for an extended weekend to relax and reflect on your objectives for 2019 and beyond. With ample time for self-contemplation and shared discussions during the retreat, participants will come away feeling energised to tackle the year ahead with greater clarity and excitement.

 

Post-retreat, through provisions of a toolkit that you will have gathered throughout the retreat, April and Sheela will continue to offer on-going support via regular meet-ups and communications.

April is an Integral Coach, drawing from 25 years experience in corporate training, executive education, and NGO entrepreneurship in Asia.  She is an expert at profiling her clients to facilitate motivation and insight for long-term excellence.  Yale BSc.  Stanford MBA.  American-born Chinese based in Singapore.

Sheela Jaganathan

Regression Therapist and Life Coach

Sheela uses mind/heart-based therapy approaches such as regression therapy, hypnosis and situational coaching since 2011.  Previously a lawyer in Malaysia, she has lived in Germany (10 years) and now Singapore (5 years).  She offers private sessions, group coaching, customised workshops and online sessions to empower clients to find clarity and closure through logical and intuitive healing processes.

Jen Oliviero

Yoga Teacher & Craniosacral Therapist

Trained as a craniosacral therapist at the College of Craniosacral in London. Teaches yin and vinyasa yoga, nidra and meditation with a background in Iyengar and Astanga for the last twenty years.
